Welcome to Wild Blossom Wellness

Wild Blossom Wellness encourages women to return to themselves, reconnect with their inner wisdom, understand their nervous systems, and rise in the company of others who are doing the same. Grounded in nurturing energy and compassionate community, you’re invited to slow down, breathe deeply, and remember the strength and clarity that have always lived within you. Here, healing is not a solitary act but a shared, beautiful journey that encourages the wildflower within to blossom.

Hello, I’m Kayla.

A smiling woman with beautiful brown hair, dressed in a cream-colored blouse and ruffled skirt, sitting on stone steps on a lovely fall day.
A woman sitting on a stone ledge outdoors during autumn, wearing a white sweater with pearl embellishments, a tan ruffled skirt, and nude platform heels. She is smiling at the camera with trees and a wooden structure in the background.

I guide women back to their true nature through practices that soothe the nervous system and awaken inner clarity. My work is rooted in gentleness and the belief that true healing unfolds when we feel safe, present, and supported.

As a registered nurse, board-certified holistic nurse coach, and the founder of Wild Blossom Wellness, I draw on my experience in pediatrics and high-risk obstetrics to support the unique journey of motherhood. My approach centers on the nervous system while nurturing the emotional and spiritual resilience of moms and moms-to-be.

Wild Blossom grew from a season when I was stretched thin—mothering, tending, and trying to hold far more than my nervous system could carry. In the slow work of coming home to myself, I relearned what calm feels like in the body, what safety feels like in the heart, and what steadiness feels like in a day.

What I offer now is what I once longed for: a gentle place to land, to be heard and held, and to practice healthier, more human ways of unwinding than the ones the world hands us. It’s a space shaped by lived experience, rooted in softness, and devoted to helping you find your way back to yourself

By blending evidence-based nursing with a compassionate, holistic lens, I create grounding spaces where you can feel seen and empowered—just as you are.

You’re invited: Wild Blossom Women’s Group

A virtual space where women reclaim their essence, embody their power, and bloom without apology.

Join like-minded women in creating a monthly, sacred space to root, rise, and blossom together. Here, you can take time to breathe and release what no longer serves you.

What’s required: Settle into a cozy, quiet space where you can land for an hour. If you’d like, prepare a nourishing cup of tea, bring a light bite to enjoy during our time together, and have a journal or notebook close by.

“A woman is the full circle. Within her is the power to create, nurture, and transform.”

Your presence is welcome: an in-person sanctuary

Weaving a community of care to soothe, restore, and bloom.

Invite a sense of sacred calm into your own space with exclusive, nurse-led gatherings for groups of three or more. Much like individual blooms coming together to create a vast, vibrant field, these sessions allow mothers to release the mental load and feel deeply held within the supportive weave of community. It is a private invitation to finally exhale, soften, and return to your true nature.

Whether in a home, wellness center, or retreat, each experience is thoughtfully curated with gentle grounding, breathwork, and a custom-crafted Soulmates herbal tea blend. These gatherings create a pressure-free sanctuary that honors your unique season of life—a space to root and rise together, ensuring every guest feels seen and nourished.

“The most powerful thing a mother can offer her family is a regulated, nourished self.”

A Warm Gesture

My gift to you: a sample of my Soulmates tea

I love sharing the herbal tea blends I make, and many women who connect with my work receive a small tea sample from me. It’s a gentle way to slow down, breathe, and settle into the kind of nourishment we create together in circle.

If you’d like to receive a complimentary sample, I’m delighted to send a little warmth your way.
